THE GOLDEN BOOT

DESCRIPTION:

The Golden Boot course is meant for those wanting to develop Goal Scorer's abilities and mentality. The course consists of 8 sessions structured to improve every aspect of scoring Goals. Every session maintains certain objectives to ultimately create Goal Scoring Machines.

GK TRAINING/SHOT STOPPER

Instructor: Josh Fouts, Bruce Omura

DESCRIPTION:

Big saves are part of the Goal Keeper position. 

The Shot Stopper course will focus on all aspects of shot stoping. The course will cover the different Dives: Collapse, Extensions, Forward, Power, etc.

Footwork for Quickness and Agility. Pressure Training, Powersteps, Soft Hands.

FAB-5

DESCRIPTION:

The Fab-5 course will focus on 5 essential attacking moves to beat defenders in 1v1 situations.

Each class will go in depth focusing on just a single move. Technique development, usage Awareness, and Confidence in destroying defenders. This course is designed for the Players on their squad that have the responsibility of scoring the goals.

FAST & FURIOUS

DESCRIPTION:

The Fast & Furious course has one singular focus: developing wicked fast feet that will infuriate opponents. The class combines fast footwork, plyometrics, and quickness training both with and without a ball to create players who possess extreme quickness with their feet. A combination of footwork, ladders, rings, jumps, resistance bands, weights, overspeed training, and much more!​ Come ready to sweat.

DESCRIPTION:

Learn how to CRUSH a driven ball. Period. 
Learn how to whip in benders. Learn how to hit balls that become 'Heavy' in the air. Perfect your Ball Striking.

FLYIN HAWAIIAN

DESCRIPTION:

This 6 week course will be designed to increase overall speed and quickness through the elements of agility, plyometrics, mobility, flexibility, speed, and power. 

Designed for everyone that is interested in bettering themselves and their team, no matter the sport. 

Speed never slumps. Slow Feet Don't Eat!

Athletes need to complete 3 Speed/plyo/flex and 3 Power/agile/mobile classes to graduate.

SMALL GROUP LESSON  

Class Limit: 10

 

DESCRIPTION:​

Focused training in a small group setting. Variable lesson plan. Flexed to your needs and requirements.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Class Limit: 1-4

 

DESCRIPTION:

Private / Semi-Private Soccer training. 1-4 people.
